We have dedicated Service Departments which provide a full range of services to commercial vehicle operators from our well-equipped workshops in Caerphilly and Newport.
We aim to provide top quality service and believe this can only be achieved through comprehensive training. Consequently, our engineers and technicians receive on-going training, in-house directly with the manufacturers.
Services include:
- Brake testing
- Emissions testing
- Analogue and digital tachograph calibration and replacement
- Headlamp alignment
- Comprehensive parts stock
- 24-hour breakdown cover
- Pre MOT service and presentation for test
- Warranty and Contract maintenance
We offer maintenance contracts and servicing, and have a dedicated DVSA ATF lane. We also offer both digital and analogue tachograph testing, calibration and replacement, all of which can be booked in advance. For added peace of mind, our dedicated Parts Departments hold a large range of genuine spare parts in stock, to ensure a quick turn-around of repaired vehicles.
We also offer a 24-hour breakdown recovery service for commercial vehicles, manned around the clock from our own offices.
